Uganda: H.E Bobi Wine Sends Strong Message To Muhoozi Kainerugaba

In a simple tweet that has gone viral, H.E Bobi Wine responded to Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba's tweet in which he tweeted that he and Bobi Wine are fighting to fit in his father's shoes but his father's shoes is in his genes. In which H.E Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine replied him that he is not in any way related to him or his brother in anyway.

It should be noted that Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, who is the son to Uganda's President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who has ruled Uganda for over 40 years since 1986 is all set to replace his father in the next general elections to be held in 2026.

Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the son to Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is known by many as the tweeting general while described by many who agree with his ideologies as the best person fit to replace Yoweri Kaguta Museveni his father. 

From the countrywide birthday celebrations of Muhoozi to the lavish spending of money on his supporters, many has seen this as a move to push him to contest for presidency in 2026.

In the quoted tweet in which Bobi Wine replied to Muhoozi, Bobi Wine told Muhoozi that he has one mistake of thinking that Uganda is his father's property "I'm not your brother and am not competing for your father's shoes. You're entitled to Museveni's shoe's, cows and even his hat. One mistake you make is to think that Uganda is one of your father's properties for you to inherit."
