Uganda: Businessman Bitature Mistakenly Signed $10M Loan -Lawyer Muwema

            

Ugandan born businessman Patrick Bitature is in big trouble after being taken to courts of law for failure of paying a $10M loan he borrowed from the bank. According to sources, Mr Bitature's company is at stake as he risks losing the rights of ownerships to his company due to the loan he claims to have signed by mistake.

According to his lawyer who is also a former lawyer of businessman Ham Kigundu, Mr Muwema, Mr Bitature signed the loan by mistake without the approval from his lawyers, claiming that even the government of Uganda signs loans by mistake

Mr Bitature has in the past been involved in controversial deals with foreign firms and for some has been settled in courts of law several times. "You can sign under mistake, you can think it is okay but later when you come to your lawyer, they tell you this is not allowed.... even the government of Uganda sometimes signs by mistake" Lawyer Muwema.

Mr Patrick Bitature is a Ugandan businessman, a social media influencer with handles on youtube and TikTok where he advised young people most especially the youth on how to have a mindset of development but he has of recent faced criticism from critics.
